The thread across all three

All three aim for the same end: a Master Build fixed price contract, and cost certainty before a dollar is spent building. The difference is only when Custom Homes joins the project, at the first sketch, partway through design, or once the plans are finished, and the earlier that happens, the more room there is to catch a budget problem before it costs anything to fix.
