The architect designs, Custom Homes prices, and the client decides with real numbers in hand, before the plans are finished, not after.
How it works

A conversation.
It starts with a call or a conversation about your project and your architect.

A proposal to manage the budget.
We set out how we’ll manage the budget while your architect draws.

Priced as it’s drawn.
Your architect designs and we price as the design develops, so you decide with real numbers in hand before the plans are finished.

A fixed price contract.
With the plans priced, and if the numbers work, you receive a Master Build fixed price contract to review and sign.

Building consent.
The building consent is lodged with council.

Ongoing support.
You get ongoing support throughout the build, with transparent access into the process.
