For people who already have completed plans, consented or not, and want a builder to price and build them. Custom Homes tenders the drawings, looks for value engineering opportunities before the first sod is turned, and provides a Master Build fixed price contract if the numbers work. The simplest of the three, because the design decisions are already made, only the build is left.

A conversation.
It starts with a call or a conversation about your plans.

A proposal for the pricing.
Send us what you have and we work out the rest. We then send you a proposal for pricing your plans.

Tender and value engineering.
We tender the drawings and look for value engineering opportunities before the first sod is turned.

A fixed price contract, if the numbers work.
If the numbers work, you receive a Master Build fixed price contract to review and sign.
