Custom Homes brings the architect into the project from the first sketch, then prices the design as it develops rather than after it’s finished, so every decision carries a number while there’s still time to change it. The result is a Master Build fixed price contract once the design is signed off, not a surprise once it’s too late to redraw.

A conversation.
It starts with a call or a conversation about where you’re starting from.

A proposal to design.
We set out your design brief and the next steps, and you engage us for concept design.

Concept plans, priced as they develop.
Our architect draws the concept plans and we price the design as it develops, so every decision carries a number while there’s still time to change it.

A fixed price contract.
Once the design is signed off, you receive a Master Build fixed price contract to review and sign.

Building consent.
We lodge the building consent with council.

Ongoing support.
You get ongoing support throughout the build, with transparent access into the process.
